Risk Factors

You might be at high risk for breast or ovarian cancer if you or your family has any of the following history:

• Cancer diagnosed under the age of 50
• More than one cancer in the same person
• Three or more relatives with the same type of cancer
• Male breast cancer
• Rare cancers
• Breast and ovarian cancer in close family members
• Breast and ovarian cancer and a Jewish background
